Kantomat edgebanders are supplied with a program control unit for storing
 programs mounted in the front control cabinet for setting all operations for each
 working unit. Line control for processing each panel without the need for limit switches.

• Combimelt melt glue pot using standard glue pellets (heat-up time 6 min). Glue pot 
  equipped with glue roller. Applicator roller is equipped with automatic glue gate to
  control glue spread. Thermostat control for glue temperature by PC.

• Automatic cool down for glue pot, with automatic turning
  off of machine at end of cool down time.

 Forward and reverse rotation of glue roller controlled automatically by program control unit.
     Pressure zone equipped with one large driven pressure roller and 6 small idler rollers for
     constant pressure with automatic thickness control by program control unit.
 Automatic strip feed magazine for plastic, veneer and wood edges with optical control.
 Automatic coil feed magazine for 0.2 - 3 mm thick PVC and veneer coils with separate table for rollers
     800 mm dia. with optical control for detecting empty magazine.
 Bottom transport conveyor equipped with nylon rubber faced pads and variable feed speeds 33 to 55 FPM
 Top pressure beam equipped with double rubber roller hold-down beam, for minimum workpiece width of 2 3/4".
 Top trimmer units mounted to top beam for automatic thickness adjustment 
 Automatic adjustment of top pressure beam by program control unit.
 Automatic positioning of all units to edge thickness by program control unit.
 Electronic frequency inverter for all working units. No noise and maintenance free with automatic braking of motors.
 Out-rigger support beam for panel support with rollers.
 Sound enclosure for all work stations with dust collection hook-up and safety interlock switch.
